Account Information

What is your affiliate program?

BasketBox affiliate program is free and enables website owners to earn revenue by placing banners on their website which advertises BasketBox or specific products. Any sales made to customers who have clicked on those links will earn the affiliate commission. The standard commission rate is currently 20%. To sign up as a BasketBox affiliate visit the affiliates link located under the My Account section at the bottom of the website.

How do I create an account?

To create a BasketBox account click the Create an account link located in the login menu.  There is no requirement to create an account to order a gift BasketBox or bulk nuts and dried fruit. You can order as a guest or login and then order. Guest accounts do not earn reward points and do not have access to account order/transaction history. Glad you want to join us.

How do I edit my account information?

To edit your account, login and click the Member Account link located at the bottom of the website. 

How do I retrieve my password?

If you've lost your password, no worries, simply click the Forgot your password link located under the login menu. A verification code will be sent to your email to set up a new password for your account. 

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

To get a copy of your order receipt, simply login to your account, go to Member Account and then select View your orders. From there select the order numer and click the print icon.

When will my credit appear on my account?

We process refunds within 24 hours of request. PayPal will process your refund to the credit or debit card you used.

Ordering Information

How do I earn reward points?

Reward points are earned by purchasing BasketBox products. The points you accumulate can be used as a discount on a future BasketBox order. For every dolllar you spend you earn 1 point. Each point is worth $.25. You must create an account to earn BasketBox reward points. To view your reward points history sign in to your account and go to Member Account.

Is the site secure?

We are committed to ensuring that our customer's privacy is protected. We do not sell, share, or rent the information we collect from our customers. We do not store customer credit card information on our server and use Paypal's secure network to process our transactions.

How do I pay for my order?

We use PayPal to process our orders. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for a non- recurring order. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. You can also pay using your bank account, but you must have a PayPal account to do this. Note: Auto Delivery (Recurring Subscription) orders require a PayPal account.

Why didn't I get my order confirmation?

Make sure that we have the correct email you used when you placed your order.

How do I make changes to my order?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your order number or reply back to your order confirmation email with any information that you would like to change. During business hours we will respond as soon as possible to get your yummy BasketBox processed and shipped to you or your recipient.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee the quality of our product; however, if you're not completely satisfied, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your order number and we'll send a replacement order or refund your payment.

How do I place an order?

To place an order online browse through our website using the nuts, dried fruit, auto delivery, gifts or accessories menu. 

When will my credit card be charged?

We use PayPal to process payments made from a credit or debit card and bank account. When the order is placed PayPal initiates an instant payment transaction on your card or bank account. 

Is there sales tax applied to my order?

BasketBox is based in Houston, Texas and is required to collect sales tax for shipments within Texas. Food products such as dried fruits and nuts are not subject to sales tax unless they are covered with chocolate or candy or enhanced with a sweetner.

Shipments to destinations outside of Texas are not subject to a sales tax.

How do I buy a gift certificate?

To purchase a gift certificate, visit our gift certificate page and select the value you'd like to purchase. Once your gift certificate order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the gift certificate code to send to your recipient. Our gift certificates never expire and when used reduce the total purchase price.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

To redeem a gift certificate, simply enter the gift certificate code in the coupon field on the checkout page and then click the add button to calculate your new total. You can purchase multiple items and apply the gift certificate, which will be deducted from the total price.

Our gift certificates never expire; however, please remember to use the full value of your gift certificate before checkout. For example, a $3.99 product used with a $10 gift certificate will result in no payment due for the product, except shipping, which is due at checkout. The difference between the product price and the gift certificate amount ($6.01 in the above example) is not refunded.

Do you offer salted and unsalted nuts?

Yes, we offer a few salted nut varieties.

What is your customer guarantee?

Our bulk dried fruit and nuts, including gift boxes, are carefully designed and packaged in Houston, Texas. We do not use a drop ship service. At BasketBox, we are committed to providing our customers with superior service and a quality product that can only be provided within our reach. If you're ever completely dissatisfied, please contact us for a product replacement or refund. 

How long can I store the BasketBox?

BasketBox nuts and dried fruit gift boxes can be stored or refrigerated according to the schedule below:

How do I use my coupon?

To use a coupon, go to your Shopping Cart and then enter your code in the coupon box.

How do I redeem my reward points?

To use your reward points, simply visit your shopping cart and then select redeem points. Your points balance will display and your shopping cart price will update to reflect the points used.

How do you handle hot weather orders?

If the weather in your area or even in our shipping area is 75F or more and you are ordering milk chocolate covered nuts or fruit, we prepare your order with gel ice and insulated packaging. 

Please be advised that we recommend USPS express mail (1-2 Day) shipping when you order chocolate covered nuts or fruit during hot weather.

How do I order an auto delivery?

To order an auto delivery (subscription) select the item you'd like to receive monthly from the Auto Delivery menu and then proceed to checkout. To receive our delicious nuts every month, you must have a PayPal account to process, modify or cancel your monthly subscription.

Shipping Information

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. There is no additional fee to ship to military addresses.

How can I track my BasketBox?

Once we receive your order and prepare it for shipping, we'll send your delivery confirmation via email. You can use the USPS track and confirm service to confirm that your shipment has been processed for delivery at www.usps.com.

When will my order ship?

BasketBox internet and phone orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt - Monday-Friday.

Each order receives three emails detailing the transaction.

The first email is Created. This indicates your order has been received.

The second email is Shipped. This means your order has been delivered to USPS.

The third email is from USPS. This email will have a shipping confirmation number to track the status of shipping. USPS does not delivery on Sunday.

For special occasions or events, please allow enough delivery time for your recipient to receive the BasketBox package.

My BasketBox is lost - what should I do?

We want you or your recipient to receive the yummy BasketBox filled with nuts or dried fruit goodies, so please check with your local post office or mail carrier, if possible, before submitting a replacement order.

Do you ship to international locations?

Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States, and to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico; as well as APO/FPO military addresses. We plan to add international locations in the near future.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are determined by delivery destination.

We use USPS to ship our products via Priortiy Mail (usually 2-3 days) or Express Mail (usually 1 day). Some location delivery times may vary. USPS does not provide exact delivery time and day. You will have the option to pick the shipping method with the cost associated for both shipping methods before checkout. USPS does not delivery on Sunday.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States, and to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico; as well as APO/FPO military addresses. We plan to add international locations in the near future.

How are the gift boxes shipped?

The BasketBox gift sets are shipped via USPS priority mail. The gourmet nuts and dried fruit are packaged in resealable bags.

The square nested boxes include three sizes, small, medium and large. They typically are shipped together.

The tray gift boxes include food-grade tissue paper to pour the nuts or dried fruit contents into the tray. There is no need to go find a bowl. We've got it covered. Just pour and place on any table. The tray gift set also includes a scoop or tongs.

How do you handle hot weather shipping?

If the weather in your area or even in our shipping area is 75F or more and you are ordering milk chocolate covered nuts or fruit, we prepare your order with gel ice and insulated packaging. 

Please be advised that we recommend USPS express mail (1-2 Day) shipping when you order chocolate covered nuts or fruit during hot weather.

Wholesale Information

How do I place an order?

You can order online provided you have a wholesale account setup. We do accept fax orders, but it's quicker and easier to order online. If you fax an order, we'll setup an online account for you.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we do offer samples of our current catalog products. You can order samples online for $7.00 plus shipping.

What are your minimum order requirements?

We require a minimum order of 2 units per product, including re-orders.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards and bank drafts via PayPal. No PayPal account is required.

What is your return policy?

You can request an exchange or refund of defective or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days.

When will my order ship?

Depending on the size of the order, we process and ship wholesale orders within 7 business days. We'll notify you if your order will require more time.
